Mindset मानसिकता The infinite library of the Universe is in your mind. -Swami K.
The word “Yoga” essentially means, “that which brings you to reality”. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. The “Yoga Sutra,” a 2,000-year-old dissertation on yogic philosophy by the Indian sage Patanjali, teaching how to master the mind, control the emotions, and grow spiritually. The Yoga Sutra is the earliest written record of yoga and one of the oldest texts in existence and provides the foundation for all modern yoga. Modern western practice today is focused mainly on breathwork (pranayama) and physical postures (asanas). We "on-the-go" lives, let's take the time to slow down and reset our mind, body and souls.
